How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 10 working days

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only offer shipping within the Germany

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to keep an eye on your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example by email).

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are not automatic.

You can:

Return the original item for a refund, then
Place a new order for the desired item.

Personalized items cannot be exchanged.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If you receive adamaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of deliveryand include clear photos of the item and packagingso we can resolve the issue quickly.
