We currently ship exclusively within Germany.


2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within:


Each order is made to order and processed within 4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Shipping Method and Delivery Time

Shipping is carried out via reliable logistics providers such as DHL or Deutsche Post.

🚚 Shipping Time:
After dispatch, delivery takes approximately  6 business days within Germany.

📦 Estimated Delivery Time:
The total estimated delivery time is up to 10 business days from the date of order.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., shipping carrier delays or high demand).


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before completing your order.

We may offer free shipping promotions, which will be indicated on our website.


5. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, if tracking is available.


6. Delivery Issues

The Customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or absence of the Customer, additional costs for re-delivery may be charged.

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions

We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any significant delays.
