General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) of

shall apply to all contracts concluded between the Seller and a consumer or entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) for the delivery of goods presented in the Seller’s online shop.

1.2 A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

1.3 An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

1.4 Conflicting or deviating terms of the Customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed.

1.5 These GTC shall also apply to vouchers unless otherwise stated.

2. Conclusion of Contract

2.1 Product descriptions in the online shop do not constitute binding offers but invitations to submit an offer.

2.2 By completing the order process and clicking the order button, the Customer submits a binding offer.

2.3 The Seller may accept the offer within five (5) days by:

• sending an order confirmation (email),

• delivering the goods, or

• requestin
