Returns & Refund Policy


1. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email).

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

The Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered

5. Made-to-Order / Personalized Items

As our products are made to order, the right of withdrawal may be excluded for:

  • Personalized products
  • Custom-made items

if they are manufactured according to individual specifications.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue
  • We will offer a replacement or refund.

7. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Funds are returned to the original payment method
  • Please note that banks or payment providers (e.g., Klarna, PayPal) may require additional processing time.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn items
  • Items not in original condition
  • Personalized or custom-made products (where legally applicable)
  • Gift cards
